01 The problem

Your record exists.
It’s just scattered everywhere.

Your lab results have the numbers. Your hospitals have the scans. Your doctor has seven minutes. Nothing connects them. You do it from your memory.

Syndarium connects them.

Different labs, different names, different units. One line, built from every record you ever snapped.

01

No more comparing lab results by hand.

02

No more screenshotting your records into ChatGPT.

03

No more re-explaining your history from zero.

04

No more guessing what you take, or since when.

05

No more remembering your allergies, surgeries, and health conditions on the spot.

02 How it works

Snap it once and forget it.

Sample dataSample chat in Syndarium. Question: What was my vitamin D last spring? Answer: In March 2026 it was 22 ng/mL. Your lab marked this low. Below it, the lab report line it came from, dated 12 Mar 2026, page 2.

04 Why this exists
Nas Alsabah, founder of Syndarium
Nas AlsabahFounder & CEO

I’ve been deep in my own health since I was fifteen. Training, supplements, blood work I ordered myself. I have ADHD. Being organized is how I function.

A hip imbalance wore out my right knee and put me in surgery. Reactive hypoglycemia turned tracking my blood sugar into a science project. IBS did the same to my diet. I saw orthopedists, physiotherapists, trainers. Good ones. None of them saw the whole picture, because the whole picture didn’t exist anywhere.

Tracking my supplements and my allergies was never easy. When to take what. What I had already tried, and what I had to avoid.

I kept my whole health record in a Dropbox folder. Organized, complete, and out of date the week after every appointment. Being organized was never the answer. When my mother got sick, I was the folder: carrying files between hospitals, holding questions for doctors who had minutes.

Syndarium is what I needed all those years. Every result from every lab in one place, connected across the years, and current when the next file arrives. When a lab flags a result, I know when it happens, not at the next appointment. It is how I stay on top of my own health.

None of that replaces my doctor. The opposite. Syndarium exists so that my doctor and I finally look at the same picture.

I built the system I always wanted.

05 FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Syndarium?
Syndarium is your personal health assistant. It brings all your medical data into one place, so you can talk to it, track what you take, and share it with your doctor.
What do I need to get started?
Anything you already have. A photo of one lab report is enough. Nothing to set up, nothing to type: snap it and Syndarium files it.
Does it work with my wearable?
Yes. Steps, sleep, heart rate, and more sync on their own from your iPhone and from wearables that sync with Apple Health, like Apple Watch. You can see any of them over a week, a month, or a year, in one place with your lab results.
Is it a medical device?
No. A personal record-keeping and reasoning tool, not a medical device. It interprets and educates; it does not diagnose or prescribe.
Can I trust what it tells me?
Ask where a number came from and it shows you the document, the date, and the line. Every answer cites your own record, and nothing enters that record until you approve it.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold, never used to train AI models. You can export your lab results, medications, and medical history as a PDF, any day. Deleting your account immediately erases your data from Syndarium; copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 12 weeks before they age out. You can also request deletion any time at privacy@syndarium.ai.
Can it remind me about my medications?
Yes. Set times for your medications and supplements and we’ll remind you, right on your lock screen.
What does it cost?
$12.99 a month, or $99 a year, with 14 days of full access first. After that, your record stays viewable and export stays free. The subscription is for the assistant: chat, new uploads, and reminders.
Can my doctor use it?
Before a visit, export a Doctor Report: your surgeries, allergies, medications, and key results on one page. Hand it over or show the screen.
